Curating a collection. Growth was being inhibited by a lack of a clear, cohesive brand by which to guide the business from the inside and out. Recognizing that neither the in-store or the on-line experience reflected their professionalism and quality of products, Beauty Collection sought the expertise of our team to define their brand and re-design the retail experience to reflect it.

Using the online sales to fuel growth. Looking to maximize the potential of the web and capture business far outside the reach of their regional stores, the team re-designed the web site. From brand architecture, to UX design to UI design, the Beauty Collection site presents a seamless and engaging experience for all users. Highly transactional, the online store is designed as part of an overall branded experience.

Creating alignment. Led by Russell Banks, Executive Creative Director, the team worked to align the retail experience throughout the stores in Southern California. The team implemented the brand at every touch-point of the retail experience, from identity, to environmental graphics, experience design, packaging and merchandising design. Everything was aimed at helping the customer to always feel the meticulous hand of a curator of a world-class beauty collection.
