Russell Banks | Founder, Executive Creative Director

Founder and Creative Director Russell Banks brings defining leadership, thought provoking creative vision and a rare depth of experience to his role at TELLIT. His ability to merge both the creative needs of a brands’ market position with its real-world, real-time business goals makes him an ideal strategic partner and a refreshing voice within the advertising and marketing landscape. Effective engagement with both customers and employees drives Banks to help companies tell their most authentic stories through brand development, identity systems, multi-media communications including both the virtual and built environment. A brand must be more than aesthetics; it must do the heavy lifting to deliver an experience that people consistently return to and believe in. It is this philosophy that has built client relationships spanning over 25 years, with an understated trust that Banks will always do the right thing for a clients business, even when it’s not the easiest thing.

As a designer in Boston & NYC, Banks began his career working on a diverse range of marketing initiatives and had influential roles at Siegel & Gale and Gensler before founding TELLIT.

Gail Brackett | Director, Brand Strategy

Throughout her 30-year career in marketing, advertising and branding, Brackett has been helping clients to bring fresh perspective and ideas to the forefront. She brings a deep experience in brand development, having helped a wide range of premier global brands across many industries including automotive, hospitality, retail, entertainment, education, airlines and technology.

She is an inspiring leader who is skilled at directing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver a broad range of successful design and communications solutions for clients. As an accomplished professional, she has outstanding leadership credentials in many business areas and a proven track record of creating strategic vision to drive growth.

Brackett began her career at Team One Advertising as a part of the team that launched the phenomenally successful Lexus brand. After a decade of running pieces of the Lexus and Toyota advertising accounts, she joined the senior leadership teams at Siegel & Gale and then Gensler Los Angeles, prior to joining TELLIT.

Alexa Chigounis | Brand Strategist and Writer

Distilling complex client stories into engaging, distinct and memorable branded experiences and communications. Drawing upon more than 15 years of experience, Chigounis crafts compelling, cohesive narratives for experiential environments, interactive, video and social media campaigns, corporate identity and naming projects, as well as print, digital marketing and web programs. She has worked with leading consumer and B2B brands across a broad range of categories, and is well-versed in all aspects of brand and content strategy and writing.

Ted Dahle | Senior Project Manager

To each new project, Dahle brings with him a focused approach to implementing dynamic digital, marketing and brand strategy programs. Throughout his career, working on both the client and agency sides of the business, he has always approached each new engagement with both a focus on successful implementation and on thoughtfully bringing the client’s vision to life. A dynamic brand implementation engages your customers and activates your teams. Dahle has built his career leading the creative and technical teams that deliver on this vision. Believing that a successful project is more than just achieving an end goal, he is adept at focusing the team on those things that get them to the end goal versus checking things off a to-do list. This approach results in projects that strongly support business imperatives and deliver on the brand strategy.

Starting his career at Warner Bros. Entertainment, Dahle rose quickly through the ranks to become Director of Customer Operations at Warner Home Entertainment Group. After leaving Warner Bros., he moved to Gensler Brand Design. At Gensler, he managed complex branding, graphic and marketing efforts. Since Gensler, Dahle has continued to work with TELLIT on an array of exciting brand based projects.

Pam Dresser | Executive Producer

Dresser’s production career spans television and film; live theatre and events; fundraising, corporate conventions including live and pre-recorded webcasting; to online training and education. Beginning on TV shows like Friends, ER, Sports Night, and The West Wing, Dresser learned the importance of great storytelling while balancing tight budgets, ambitious schedules, and the dynamic needs of a broad group of stakeholders. 

Her unique background has translated into successful events, videos and online messaging for global industries such as Google, Microsoft, Nike, Hilton Honors, Walmart, East West Bank, Mazda, Yamaha, Berkshire-Hathaway, eBay, Abu Dhabi Education Council, PBS, and many others.

While embracing all communication opportunities, Dresser maintains a production team that is united, organized, on schedule and within budget. She is adept at delivering the best experiences for both client and audience.

Eric Fischer | Media Strategist, Planner & Buyer

A 30+ year marketing, media, sales, and sponsorship veteran, Fischer has spent his career creating innovative, integrated marketing, media, and content platforms that drive ROI for global marketers and media organizations. With a career spanning the agency, client, league, and sales, he has worked as a senior leader within several of the most well-respected global marketing organizations including Clear Channel, Disney, Fox, GoDaddy. LifeLock, McCann-Erickson Worldwide, MGM, the NBA, and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. In these roles, he has been fortunate to work with several of the world’s leading CMOs developing, building, and executing media-centric marketing solutions to drive business results.

Fischer is a renowned industry leader on the topics of media attribution and media modeling, and is a sought after speaker on the topic at various industry conferences. In addition to his current work, he is also an adjunct professor at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at Arizona State University where he teaches classes in sports marketing and the economics of media.

Blair Hidinger | Market Researcher

With over 20 years experience across a broad number of industries and brands, Hidinger’s background is a unique combination of advertising, market research and brand planning, with deep experience across a broad number of industries and brands – with a particular expertise in higher ed. As a previous account director and planner for The Bantam Group, Hidinger is highly effective in delivering market research that makes marketing and branding strategies better. She has completed the Advanced Institute of Advertising Studies program on strategic planning, the AAAA Agency Managers Seminar, and the MRA Market Research Boot Camp.

Patrick Mahoney | Digital Producer

For 15 years Mahoney has been bringing beautiful digital experiences to life. He leads integrated service offerings which includes design, custom development & integration, digital strategy, advertising, SEO/SEM, and all ancillary support services.

Janelle McGlothlin | Communications Strategist

Putting words to work! For 20 years McGlothin has been marketing to consumers and businesses, she has developed product and corporate names, built creative strategies, and written extensively for a variety of companies. For the past 20 years as a branding consultant and copywriter, McGlothlin and her team of writers have helped leaders in the technology, healthcare, entertainment, financial, and educational fields establish differentiated marketing strategies and distinctive creative executions. For all of her clients, she focuses on getting the greatest possible brand impact from every written and spoken word.

Amy Owen | Design Director, Environmental Graphics, Signage & Wayfinding

Owen brings all the resources — the talent, the skills and the thinking — to realize the potential of brands in the built environment. With her +25 years of managing both small and large scale developments, she has led project types from pop-up retail to multi-billion dollar destinations. She is uniquely capable of balancing innovative design with a clear and organized approach to achieving success. She has created branded environs for such clients as Best Buy, Chevron, Honda USA, Hyatt Hotels, McDonald’s, MGM MIRAGE, Pepsi, and Walt Disney.

Kelly Tamaki | Design Director

With over 25 years of design experience in the areas of brand and identity development, marketing collateral and advertising, Tamaki has brought her creative expertise to a diverse range of marketing initiatives and industries. She began her career in New York City as a Designer. For almost a decade Tamaki successfully managed all phases of project design and development. Prior to joining TELLIT, she founded Tamaki Design, a graphic design business in Los Angeles from 1995–2012. In addition, she has enjoyed teaching at Otis College of Art + Design and being a visiting critic at the Art Center College of Design.
